Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to enable a communication node of a centralized control-type network to change an instruction (control information) given from a control device, without querying a control device at such time, or having to arrange beforehand in a flow table an alternate flow entry at the time of a malfunction. The communication node is provided with the following: a packet processing section for processing a reception packet by referencing a first table in which is stored matching conditions for verifying a reception packet, and an entry for which processing content applied to a packet which conforms to such matching conditions is stipulated; and an autonomous operation section for rewriting, in accordance with an event that has occurred, the entry in the first table by referencing a second table in which are associated an event and change content applied to the entry stored in the first table when the occurrence of such event is detected.
