Abstract:
This communication processing system is provided with user communication terminals operated by a user and responder communication terminals operated by a responder who responds to queries from the user, and is characterized by being provided with a responder communication terminal information storage means which associates and stores the multiple responder communication terminals with attributes of the responders operating said responder communication terminals, and with a connection control means which searches responder attributes corresponding to user attributes by consulting the responder communication terminal information storage means, and performs control to connect the responder communication terminals associated with the responder attributes to the user communication terminals.
