Abstract:
One objective of the present invention is to provide a communication system and a communication method capable of appropriately expressing the individual character and personality of users. This communication provision system includes: a database storing information about social data for a first user registered with one or more social networking services, social data for multiple users registered with multiple social networking services, and multiple items of text data collected from the multiple social networking services; and an information processing module having an artificial intelligence function that, on the basis of at least a portion of the information stored in the database, infers or learns and then determines a reply with respect to a question addressed to the first user by a second user.
