Abstract:
A communication quality calculation device 100 according to the present disclosure comprises: an acquisition unit 121 that acquires a spatial map having a plurality of regions obtained by dividing a space of interest in which a mobile body is expected to move into divisions each having a size depending on the moving speed of the mobile body; a spectrum calculation unit 122 that generates a spectrum representing electric power for each frequency of received radio waves in each region in the spatial map on the basis of preset information; and a variation calculation unit 123 that calculates the degree of variation in communication quality between the regions on the basis of spectrum change between the regions in the spatial map.
