Abstract:
A communication scheme determination device is provided with a comparison unit and an instruction unit. The comparison unit acquires a part of a bit string from a synchronization physical header of a wireless frame, the wireless frame having: the synchronization physical header in which information for synchronization in the physical layer is set; and a physical data section in which data of a higher layer than the physical layer are set. The comparison unit then compares the acquired bit string with a bit string pattern specific to a communication scheme to be determined. The instruction unit, on the basis of a comparison result, performs communication scheme determination processing for determining whether or not the wireless frame is using the communication scheme to be determined. If it is determined that the wireless frame is not using the communication scheme to be determined, the instruction unit changes the communication scheme to be determined, instructs the comparison unit to newly acquire a part of the bit string later than the acquired bit string from the synchronization physical header and to compare the newly acquired bit string with the bit string pattern specific to the communication scheme to be determined after the change, and performs again the communication scheme determination processing.
