Abstract:
Provided is a communication sheet which is resistant to displacement of RFID tags, this resistance being achieved by improving polarization characteristics. The communication sheet of this invention transmits signals by varying the electromagnetic field in an area sandwiched between a mesh sheet-form conductive layer and a sheet-form conductive layer, and in an effusion area on the outside of the mesh-form conductive layer side. The communication sheet is equipped with: a dielectric layer comprising a dielectric substrate; a first conductive layer comprising a mesh sheet-form mesh conductor positioned on one surface of the dielectric substrate, and provided with an opening area in which the mesh conductor has been removed; and a second conductive layer which is a conductive layer comprising a sheet-form conductor which is positioned on one surface of the dielectric substrate, facing the first conductive layer, and not having the sheet conductor removed in the area facing the opening area in which the mesh conductor has been removed.
