There is provided a communication system and the like for passing data between a plurality of communication devices and capable of reducing the human labor. The communication device includes: a data transmission unit having communication control information in which a communicable communication device and a communicable destination are registered while being correlated to each other, receiving data, checking the data destination, and sending the data to the communication device corresponding to the destination according to the communication control information; a first registration unit for registering the destination while correlating it to the communication device in the communication control information according to a registration instruction; and a destination report unit used when the destination is registered in the communication control information, for reporting the destination correlated to a communication device other than the communication device to the communication device registered in the communication control information, or a second registration unit for receiving a report of the destination from another communication device and registering the destination in the communication control information while correlating it to the another communication device.
