Abstract:
A communication system (1000) is provided with communication devices (10, 20) that share, via a network (400), a shared time for which a synchronization error, including a communication delay, has been corrected. The communication device (10) includes: a set time acquisition unit that acquires a set time set by a user; a setting unit that sets the set time to a first system time, which is the system time of the communication device (10); and a time difference data transmission unit that transmits, to the communication device (20), time difference data indicating the time difference between the shared time and the set time. The communication device (20) includes: a time difference data receiving unit that receives the time difference data; and a setting unit that sets the sum of the shared time and the time difference indicated by the time difference data to a second system time, which is the system time of the communication device (20).
