Abstract:

A communication system including at least an origination-side communication device, a reception-side communication device, and a plurality of relay-side communication devices, which are connected on a network, the origination-side communication device transmitting a request addressed to the reception-side communication device to the relay-side communication device, the relay-side communication device transferring the request to the reception-side communication device or the relay-side communication device communicable with the reception-side communication device, and the reception-side communication device transmitting, as a response, a processing result of the request to the origination-side communication device via the relay-side communication device, wherein the origination-side communication device includes, in the request, an access point for direct response for directly transmitting the response to the origination-side communication device, and transmits the request to the reception-side communication device via the relay-side communication device, and the reception-side communication device transmits the response to the origination-side communication device using the access point for direct response included in the request.
