Description:
COMMUNICATION SYSTEM FACILITATING DATA SHARING AND

METHOD THEREOF

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to data sharing. More particularly, the present invention relates to a communication system facilitating data sharing between a plurality of end users and a method thereof. It teaches an input/output interface having a plurality of modes associated thereto, the modes defining a network of end users for sharing data and said modes configured for selective toggling by an end user. The instant invention provides an efficient system and method of data sharing. It can be implemented on various electronic devices like mobile phones, tablets etc.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

An efficient data sharing is a pivot to establishing and expandingthe social parameters. Presently there are numerous means on mobile phones and tablets for sharing files among different users in a closed network. Generally during the process of sharing media, it needs to be browsed by the user, then the media is shared to the participants through email or data may be published on personal web pages or social networking websites. If the amount of data and the number of end users receiving the media is large, the process can be time consuming and troublesome. oreover, in case the user decides to send a picture to any person outside a defined network that would require the user to switch between applications which can be time-consuming considering a users' limited attention span at social gatherings.

The conventional data sharing applications is quite time consuming and troublesome.

WO2015031863A1 titled 'IMAGING ATTENDEES AT EVENT VENUES' teaches methods, systems, and devices for image and/or video acquisition and distribution of individuals at large events. US8933967B2 titled 'SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CREATING AND SHARING AN EVENT USING A SOCIAL NETWORK' teaches system and method for creating and viewing artificial reality (AR) messages at an event, such as a sporting event, and sharing the event on a social network thereby enhancing and expanding the participant and spectator experience. The AR messages include geo-referenced artificial reality words or symbols to indicate distances, tips, targets or other information to the participant. The event is shared with spectators, such as friends or a subset of friends in the participant's social network. In addition to creating an active gallery for an event, messages can be exchanged among participants and spectators and virtual goods, money, and donations exchanged. WO2015036817A1 teaches 'STRUCTURED UPDATED STATUS, REQUESTS, USER DATA & PROGRAMMING BASED PRESENTING & ACCESSING OF CONNECTIONS' a method, system, device, network, platform and apparatus enabling users to send request data for connecting with other users of network(s); determining uscr(s) of network(s) based on requcst(s) data; and enabling requestor user(s) and determined uscr(s) of network(s) to connecting, communicating, collaborating, sharing, searching, creating social network(s), and participating with activities of and messaging with each other. US8520900B2 titled 'METHODS AND DEVICES INVOLVING IMAGERY AND GESTURES' teaches a portable wireless device (e.g., a mobile phone) is moved or positioned by a user to signal user input. The device takes an action based on such gesture, where the action involves imagery captured by the device. A great variety of other features and arrangements are also detailed.

Although the conventional data sharing applications facilitates sharing of data, the same is complicated and for the multiple sharing on a real time the method is further complicated. For example, for sharing data like photographs, the photos need to be successively browsed by the user, then the photos to be shared to the same person are stored in a folder, and finally the photos arc transmitted to an electronic mail or uploaded to the social networking website. However, if the number of photos and the amount of persons for receiving the shared photos arc loo huge, the procedures of successively browsing the photos and manually classifying the photos and selecting individual recipients arc time-consuming and troublesome.

Therefore, there is a need of providing an improved data sharing system in order to increase the ease and efficacy of sharing data. The existing typical procedure is quite time consuming and troublesome. The instant invention therefore aims towards providing an improved system and method for data sharing.
