Abstract:
Commmunication is performed using a terminal device that corresponds to the communication speed and processing capability required for an application. The present invention is provided with a first terminal device 10 for performing communication in a first communication network, a second terminal device 20 for performing communication in a second communication network, and a qualification management unit 50 for determining whether or not user information of the first terminal device 10 can be used in the second terminal device 20 and authorizing, on the basis of the result of the determination, the second terminal device 20 to perform communication in the second communication network using at least some of the user information of the first terminal device 10.
