Abstract:
A mobile terminal (130) acquires facility apparatus specification information for specifying a facility apparatus (110) from the facility apparatus (110) and sends the facility apparatus specification information to a server (150), acquires operation permission information that indicates permission to operate the facility apparatus (110) from the server (150), and sends the operation permission information and a command that indicates the content of operation of the facility apparatus (110) to the facility apparatus (110). The facility apparatus (110) acquires the operation permission information and the command and controls the apparatus body in accordance with the content of operation indicated by the command.
