A communication system according to an embodiment is configured to manage wireless communication via an antenna that is communicable with a plurality of terminals in a predetermined area. This communication system is provided with an analysis unit and a control unit. The analysis unit is configured to analyze first information preregistered as positional information of the plurality of terminals in the predetermined area, and predetermined second information acquirable from the plurality of terminals, and on the basis of the result of the analysis, specify a non-communicable terminal that is present in a position non-communicable with the antenna among the plurality of terminals. The control unit is configured to, if the non-communicable terminal is present, execute antenna control for controlling the output and/or direction of the antenna such that the non-communicable terminal comes into a state communicable with the antenna.
