Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a gateway device capable of appropriately allocating packets in a network constructed on the basis of the 3GPP standard. Provided are a gateway device (30) and a communication system. The communication system is provided with: a database (DB) (100) which manages in association with one another an identifier of a mobile station and an identifier of a core network which transports data related to the mobile station; and the gateway device (30) which terminates a GTP message transmitted from a node device (20), extracts from the DB (100) the identifier of a core network, from among a plurality of core networks, associated with the identifier of the mobile station contained in the GTP message, and transmits the terminated GTP message to an S/P-GW (40) or an S/P-GW (50) disposed on the core network.
