A first communication device (1) stores first customer information registered by a user to receive a first service. A second communication device (2) stores second customer information registered by the user to receive a second service. Sending means (3a) of a third communication device (3) sends request information representing a request to receive the first service together with user identification information to the first communication device (1). When the request information is sent, receiving means (3b) receives customer information, required for the user registration of the first service, from the first communication device (1). If customer information required for the user registration of the first service is already included in the second customer information, display means (3c) displays the customer information included in the second customer information on the entry image for user registration. Therefore, when a user is registered in a plurality of communication devices, the entry of customer information on a user is simple.
