Abstract:
In the present invention: an edge router (10) stores a rule storage table (11a) associating a rule for selecting a received packet and information for identifying a cloud boundary router (20) that is the packet distribution destination according to said rule; a packet selection unit (10a) searches the rule storage table (11a) using information of a portion of a header of the received packet as the rule for selecting a packet, and acquires the associated information identifying the cloud boundary router (20); a tunneling unit (10b) uses the acquired information to generate a packet header to be transferred to the cloud boundary router (20); the packet selection unit (10a) appends the header to the received packet and transfers the result to the cloud boundary router (20); a de-tunneling unit (20a) of the cloud boundary router (20) removes the header from the transferred packet to acquire the packet received by the edge router, and transfers the packet in accordance with the header.
