Abstract:
Provided is a communication system in which either a first base station, a second base station, or a mobile station is equipped with a determining unit that determines the amount of transmission timing modifications on the basis of the reception timing of signals transmitted between the first or second base station and the mobile station. The mobile station is equipped with a hand-over unit that conducts hand-over processes from the first base station to the second base station on the basis of the amount of transmission timing modifications calculated by the determining unit.
