Abstract:
Formed are a plurality of segments each of which comprises: a communication path instruction apparatus that instructs a predetermined network to establish a communication path; the network that is caused, by the communication path instruction apparatus, to establish the communication path; and an information acquisition means that acquires network information of the network. The networks of the segments are connected to each other via a network connection apparatus so that a communication path passing through a plurality of networks can be established. A charge is determined in accordance with the established communication path passing through the plurality of networks.
