Abstract:
A communication terminal apparatus wherein the recording capacity related
to data broadcasts can be significantly reduced and audiovisual contents and
data broadcast contents can be synchronized for reproduction without limiting
the digital broadcast services. In this communication terminal apparatus (100),
a packet separating part (101) separates, from a digital broadcast signal, the
data broadcast contents related to a data broadcast and the audiovisual contents
related to audio and video. A data broadcast content analyzing part (102) analyzes
whether identification information used to identify contents among the data
broadcast contents is new or not. If the identification information is new, a
data broadcast content extracting part (105) extracts both the data broadcast
contents and the time information indicative of a display timing for the audiovisual
contents associated with the extracted data broadcast contents. A content recording
part (106) records the audiovisual contents and the extracted data broadcast
contents along with the time information.
