A RFID antenna (101) is arranged near the metal part (32) of a chassis (30) of a communication terminal device (201) and toward the outside of the chassis. The RFID antenna (101) comprises a magnetic core (10) and a coil conductor wrapped around the magnetic core (10). The coil conductor has: a first conductor portion positioned on the first primary surface side of the magnetic core (10) and a second conductor portion positioned on the second primary surface side of the magnetic core (10), and arranged in a position that is different from that of the first conductor portion in a planar view from the direction of the first and second primary surfaces. The coil conductor is arranged so the first primary surface side of the magnetic core (10) is the metal part (32) side, and the first conductor portion of the coil conductor faces a tip (H) of the chassis (30). Using the communication terminal device (201), communication is conducted by pointing an area near the tip (H) of the chassis (30) toward the party receiving communication through the RFID antenna (101).
