Abstract:
A communication terminal 10 has: a conductor surface 12b that is provided with an edge section 12e; a one-turn loop antenna 38, which is provided with a strip-shaped loop opening 38a extending along the edge section 12e, and which partially overlaps the conductor surface 12b with a gap therebetween; and a power supply circuit 34 connected to the one-turn loop antenna 38. The one-turn loop antenna 38 is provided with first and second conductor sections 38b, 38c, which face each other by having the loop opening 38a therebetween, and which extend in the extending direction of the loop opening 38a. At least a part of the first conductor section 38b protrudes from the edge section 12e of the conductor surface 12b, and at least a part of the second conductor section 38c overlaps the conductor surface 12b.
