Provided is a communications connector female head, used for connecting to a communications connector male head; the communications connector female head comprises a plastic housing (1), an inner spring tab (2), an outer spring tab (3), and a female terminal (4); the inner spring tab (2), outer spring tab (3), and female terminal (4) are interposed in the plastic housing (1), the outer spring tab (3) is around the inner spring tab (2), and the inner spring tab (2) is around the female terminal (4); the side wall of the outer spring tab (3) is provided with a locking tab (30) integrally formed therewith, the locking tab (30) being used for snap-fitting with a relief groove of the communications connector male head to form a lock. The side wall of the outer spring tab (3) is provided with the locking tab (30) integrally formed therewith, such that when the male and female heads are connected together, the locking tab (30) of the communications connector female head fits with the relief groove of the communications connector male head to form a lock; thus the connection between the male and female heads is stable, preventing the problem of poor contact between the male and female heads after being plugged in, improving the stability of the communications signal.
