Abstract:
A communications system including: a server device on which a first application operates; and a terminal device on which a second application operates. The server device has a first proxy unit that relays communications that are from the first application to the second application, to the terminal device. The terminal device has a second proxy unit that transfers communications relayed from the first proxy unit, to the second application. The first proxy unit and the second proxy unit generate a communications path corresponding to a session established by the communications between the first application and the second application and maintains the session, using the communications path, in accordance with the switching of a network to which the terminal device is connected.
