Abstract:
Provided is a communications system provided with a transmission device for transmitting information as a communication message to a network at a prescribed frequency that corresponds to type of the information, and a reception device for receiving the transmitted communication message, wherein: type 1 information transmitted at a first frequency and type 2 information transmitted at a second frequency higher than the first frequency are transmitted to the network as communication messages different from each other; and the reception device detects, on the basis of the number of times the type 2 information is received, the occurrence of an abnormal state in the network in a period from when the type 1 information is received until when the next type 1 information is received.
