Abstract:
Disclosed are a commutating air outlet air duct machine and a control method therefor, and an air-conditioning apparatus. The commutating air outlet air duct machine comprises: a housing, a first fan (3), a second fan (4) and a control mechanism, wherein the first fan (3) and the second fan (4) are both mounted in the housing, the housing respectively forms a first air opening (1) and a second air opening (2) corresponding to one side of the first fan (3) and the second fan (4), and a mutually communicating air channel is formed between the first air opening (1) and the second air opening (2); and the control mechanism is used for coupling control of the rotation of the two fans, and when one fan is serving as an air supply fan, the other fan is controlled such that same serves as a regulating fan rotating in a direction the reverse of the direction of the corresponding air opening supplying air thereto, the reverse rotation of the regulating fan reducing impedance to return air, optimising return air flow distribution, increasing the area of return air, increasing the air output amount and effectively reducing noise.
