Abstract:
The invention relates to a commutator motor, notably a control motor for vehicle units such as window lifts, sun roofs and such like, which comprises a brush holder (19) fixed to the motor housing (11) and a device (22) for detecting the speed and/or direction of rotation of the motor. Said device comprises a pulse generator (23) which is non-rotationally mounted on the motor shaft (13) and at least one pulse receiver (24) which is fixed to the brush holder (19). To be able to precisely fix the pulse receiver (24) to the brush holder (19) without the need for special mounting brackets the pulse receiver (24) is positioned with a form fit in a pocket (25) configured in the base part (20) and said base part (20) encloses the pulse generator (23) in a non-contacting manner.
