Abstract:
A commutator and a production method therefor, relating to commutators and a preparation method for a commutator. The commutator comprises a housing (1) mainly made of copper; a carbon sheet (2) is welded to the housing (1); the carbon sheet (2) comprises a carbon body (3), and a first metal layer (4) provided on the carbon body (3) and compatible with carbon; the first metal layer (4) and the carbon body (3) are formed with a first metal alloy layer (5); the first metal layer (4) is fixed to the housing (1) and is compatible with copper; and a second metal alloy layer (6) is formed between the first metal layer (4) and the housing (1). In the production method for the commutator, the commutator comprises the housing (1) mainly made of copper and the carbon body (3), and is electroplated by means of vacuum coating. Electroplating in this physical manner reduces environmental pollution, improves the stability of a carbon structure, makes the carbon sheet less prone to wear, and enables a long service life.
