Abstract:
A compact electrical energy meter includes a casing (10), a circuit board and a counter fixed in the casing (10), and joint interfaces (20) fiE54 in the casing (10). Each joint interface (20) is provided with a came interface, a planar terminal (60) for electrical connecting cables, and a line clamp (50) whose main body (52) is mounted around the planar terminal (60). Line clamp (50) is movable by a screw (51) that drives said main body (52) through the operation of an opening of said joint interfaces (20). Said joint interfaces (20) is consisted ˜f combined members, so that the cables could be fixed just by a single-screw line clamp, and the size of said joint interface is small, thereby the dimension of the casing is decreased.
