Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a compact magnetic reduction gear, comprising an inner rotor core, a connecting shaft sleeve, an extended shaft, a first bearing and a front bracket; the front bracket is provided with, at the middle part, a first bearing support cavity, and the first bearing is disposed in the first bearing support cavity; the front part of the extended shaft is sleeved in the first bearing, and the rear part of the extended shaft is sleeved in the interior of the first half of the connecting shaft sleeve; and the outside of the connecting shaft sleeve is sleeve jointed with the inner rotor core, the interior of the latter half of the connecting shaft sleeve is provided with a first pin keyway, and the first pin keyway is used to connect a motor shaft by means of a pin key. The installation of the connecting shaft sleeve in cooperation with the extended shaft enables the driving torque of the motor shaft disperse on the inner rotor core in a more uniform manner; the motor shaft closely cooperates with the inner rotor core to ensure a compact and exquisite structure, which can adapt to the development demands of miniaturization of the magnetic reduction gear.
