Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of wind turbine generators, and relates to a compact semi-direct drive permanent magnet synchronous wind turbine generator. The generator uses a dual three-phase structure with an outer stator and an inner rotor, and a bearing of the generator is partially integrated with a gearbox, so that a high-speed end cap of the gearbox and a rear end cap of the generator are integrated as a whole. Thus, the axial dimensions of the generator and the gearbox can be greatly reduced while reducing the weight of the generator, such that the overall transmission structure is compact and occupies less space. In addition, a generator stator cooling system uses a double-helix water jacket structure, and the heat of the stator is taken away by means of a circulating coolant; and the top of the generator is externally provided with an air-water cooler, so as to cool the rotor and stator end windings of the generator. Moreover, rotor magnetic poles use a magnetic pole box structure, and permanent magnets are assembled and then magnetized, which can effectively improve the manufacturing and assembly efficiency of the rotor magnetic poles.
