Abstract:
Provided are a comparator and a decision feedback equalization circuit, the comparator comprising a first sampling circuit (101), which is used to generate, under the control of first control signals (D270) and clock signals (CLK), first differential signals according to signals to be compared (DQ) and first reference signals (VREFP); a first positive feedback circuit (104), which is used to accelerate the difference between the first differential signals; a second sampling circuit (102), which is used to generate, under the control of second control signals (D270B) and the clock signals (CLK), second differential signals according to the signals to be compared (DQ) and second reference signals (VREFN), the first reference signals being greater than the second reference signals; a second positive feedback circuit (105), which is used to accelerate the difference between the second differential signals; and an output circuit (103), which is used to amplify and latch a voltage signal at an output end of the first sampling circuit or a voltage signal at an output end of the second sampling circuit, and output a comparison result, wherein the first sampling circuit and the second sampling circuit are provided to eliminate intersymbol interference, and the first positive feedback circuit and the second positive feedback circuit are provided to reduce power loss and improve the response rate.
