A comparator, a display substrate and a display device. The comparator comprises a first thin film transistor to a fifth thin film transistor (M1-M5). A source of the first thin film transistor serves as a reference voltage input end. A source of the second thin film transistor serves as an input end of the comparator. The ON and OFF states of the first thin film transistor, the third thin film transistor and the fifth thin film transistor are controlled by signals input through a first clock signal input end connected to gates of the first thin film transistor, the third thin film transistor and the fifth thin film transistor, and the second thin film transistor and the fourth thin film transistor are controlled through a second clock signal input end. The comparator further comprises a first phase inverter to a third phase inverter (W1-W3) that are composed of thin film transistors the same as the first to the fifth thin film transistors in type. By means of the comparator, the display substrate and the display device, analog voltage comparison can be implemented by using the comparator composed of a single type of TFTs when an SOG is applied to the display device, so that the narrow bezel design of a screen and low costs are achieved.
