Abstract:
The present invention discloses a comparator and a low-power oscillator, wherein the comparator comprises a current mirror module, a comparing module and a buffer output module; and the low-power oscillator comprises a capacitor, a current bias module, a switching module and the comparator. The comparing module comprises a positive input terminal, a first negative input terminal and a second negative input terminal, and the capacitor is connected to the positive input terminal of the comparator. When a capacitor voltage is less than a low threshold voltage at the first negative input terminal of the comparator, the comparator outputs a low voltage level to the switching module, and the switching module controls the current bias module to charge the capacitor; when the voltage of the capacitor is greater than a high threshold voltage at the second negative input terminal of the comparator, the comparator outputs a high voltage level to the switching module, and the switching module controls the current bias module to discharge the capacitor, thereby realizing periodic charging and discharging of the capacitor by using a single comparator, and outputting oscillation signals and reducing the number of comparators, thus simplifying the structure of circuit and lowering power consumption and product costs of the circuit.
