Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to control, in an oscillator circuit using a comparator, the charging/discharging of a mirror capacitance between gate and drain of a MOSFET used as an amplifier in a gain section of the comparator and a gate capacitance of this MOSFET and thereby enable, even when a control signal having a relatively high frequency is input from the outside, the comparator output to follow the control signal. An oscillator circuit 1d using a comparator CMP having a differential section 2 and a gain section 3 has: a charge/discharge control section 4d for controlling the charging/discharging of a mirror capacitance between gate and drain and a gate capacitance of a MOSFET (N2); and output control sections 6d, 7 for controlling an output of the gain section. The output control sections have: an inverter INV5d whereto is connected one of input ends of the differential section and whereto is input a control signal; a logic circuit INV6d, NOR 2 whereto is input an output of the inverter and the output of the gain section; a transistor N8a; and capacitance C2 connected to the input and output ends of the logic circuit.
