Title:
COMPATILIZER FOR CARBON FIBER REINFORCED PHTHALAZINONE COPOLYMERIZED ARYL ETHER SULFONE BLENDED RESIN-BASED COMPOSITE MATERIAL, A PREPARATION METHOD AND USES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/056202
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A compatilizer for a carbon fiber reinforced phthalazinone copolymerized aryl ether sulfone blended resin-based composite material, a preparation method, and uses, relating to the technical field of advanced composite material science. The compatilizer is prepared from a bisphenol monomer, a dihalo monomer and a third active monomer through a nucleophilic polycondensation reaction. The present invention particularly relates to a method for adjusting the type and the number of structure units of the third active monomer in the compatilizer and the ratio of the compatilizer to the matrix resin of the composite material to optimize and regulate the interface property of the composite material and further to optimize and regulate the mechanical property, heat-resisting grade and environmental stability of the composite material.
