Abstract:
A compensating overhead track carrying apparatus for keeping a carrier running horizontally, comprising a travel track (1) and a compensation track (2) provided in parallel, and a loading travel vehicle running on both the travel track and the compensation track; the loading travel vehicle has travel wheels (3) running on the travel track, compensation wheels (4) running on the compensation track, and bridge frames (5) connected between the travel wheels and the compensation wheels; each bridge frame is provided with a weight bearing point for rotatably connecting the carrier; the travel track bends downward, and the compensation track bends upward; and when the travel wheels of the loading travel vehicle float downwards or upwards as they pass through the bent travel track, the compensation wheels float upwards or downwards in opposite directions with a corresponding amplitude, such that the bridge frames rotate about the weight bearing point thereof, and the horizontal height of the weight bearing point is kept unchanged. The structure of the present invention is simple, reliable and flexible, and can keep the carrier running horizontally on the overhead track in a sagging deformation, thus creating a condition for high-speed transportation on the overhead track.
