What is claimed is:
1. The novel system of the Dosage Measuring Unit Dosage Measuring Unit having a controllable Engagement Mechanism at the top of the chute attached to the cover of this unit and the bottom of the chute also has a mechanism used during the cleaning operations.
2. A novel system of the Dosage Measuring Unit according to claim 1, where in the volumetric measuring works on the principle of a square piston and a square box, where the position of the square piston determines the volume to be measured.
3. A novel system of the Dosage Measuring Unit according to claim t, where in the computer controls the operations of this sluice gate.
4. A novel system of the Dosage Measuring Unit, substantially as herein before described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Description:
COMPLETE SPECIFICATION OF A NOVEL SYSTEM OF DOSAGE MEASURING UNIT USED TO MANUFACTURE INSTANTLY A BATCH OF CUSTOMSED DOSAGE ALONG WITH CLAIMS & ABSTRACT Description of the invention : This invention relates to the machinery a-nd-process of manufacture of the pharmaceutical formulations instantly to the need of the consumer depending on the dosage required by the individuals.

The present disclosure is the technological invention of machinery related to the instant blending ofthe formutatlons in instantly manufacturing required dosage.

More particularly, based on a computer rule engine program, the required dosage is estimated. This is communicated through logic controllers, and the invent-ion relates to an Blending Unit of the instant process where in different inputs of ingredients are put from the different hoppers on the top, and the ingredients are taken according to the ratio and weight measurement required. The whole content is sent down through as tube, which passes through as mixerSbWer, b the desagbmeasuring unit and to dosage conversion unit where the whole mixture depending upon the dosage & size the tablets/capsuies/sachets are formed and delivered to the consumer.

This application shall be treated as the divisional application of the earlier application filed by the inventor with No. PCT/IN02/00229 dated 0411212002. As the inventor disclosed in his earlier application is the complete process of the manufacturing of the required dosage of pharmaceutical products.

Prior to the earlier filing of the invention, shortcomings of the prior art processes include ; the large dosage of the pharmaceutical medicines to all depending upon the availability from the large-scale manufacturers.

The same dosage for all the individuals mostly tasking the differentiation as child & adults but not exactly depending on age, weight, sex, lifestyle etc., The time scale for production of such pharmaceuticals is very lengthy and on a high scale industrial process.

The non-availability of some medicines at times involving breakdown of any one machinery in the whole process of industrial sector.

The non-availability of combination of different medicines in one form, due to which the consumer have to intake more number of forms of tabiets/capsuies/or any other form which affect him Psychologically, and physiologically.

All the medical professionats have to depend on the choice of large-scale industrial sector rather depending on their

prescription direct to the need of the consumer to act upon particular sequencer diseases for an individual.

AH of the above and other unfavorable factors have made it necessary for the consumer, to have the machinery and process invented hereto for carrying out the manufacture instantly as batch of customized dosage. And in the machinery the Dosage Measuring Unit is an inventive part with individual operations. which are linked to the process of manufacture of a batch of customized dosage instantly.

The disclosure here is restricted to the Dosage Measuring Unit that is fixed to the total machinery involved in process of manufacture of required dosage instantly.

Dosage Measuring Unit is one of the main units in the whole assembly and is critical in nature. The volumetric measuring works on the principle of a square piston and a square box, where the position of the square piston determines the volume to be measured. The volumetric space is the space enclosed by the frame on 3 sides, square piston on one side, one stuice gate at the mixture entry side and one sluice gate at the delivery side. The computer controls the operations of this sluice gate.

The positioning of the piston is pre calibrated to achieve the required volumetric space and is unique for the given mixture ingredients. The pre calibration is carried out by experimental methods to ensure the correct dosage.

In the dosage feeding operation, sluice gates are opened and dosed in a sequence to deliver the dosage.

Figure 1 is the Schematic diagram of the Dosage Measuring Unit shows 8. 1 is the Cam, 8. 2 is the Bin Support, 8.3 is the Bracket, 9.4 is the Chute, 9. 5 is the Motor t 9. 6 is the Bin, 9.7 is the Black Assembly, 9. 8 is the Motor 2, 9.9 is the Motor 3, 9. 10 is the Cam, 9.11 is the Sluice Mechanism, 9. 12 is the Air Cleaner, and 9. 13 is the Out Let.

Figure 2 is the Schematic diagram of the Dosage Measuring Unit snows, 9. 5 is the Motor 1, 9. 7 is the Black Assembly, 9.8 is the Motor 2, 9. 9 is the Motor 3. 9. 10 is the Cam, 9. 11 is the Sluice Mechanism, and 9. 12 is the Air Cleaner.

Dosage measuring unit receives the mixture from the blender through a controllable engagement mechanism, which is fixed at the top of Chute (9. 4) of Dosage measuring unit. The mixture enters the Bin (9. 6} of Dosage measuring unit through the connecting Chute (9. 4).

Here the dosage-measuring unit selects the homogeneous mixture depending upon the requirements given by the computer and sends the parted mixtures to the dosage conversion unit.

Dosage Measuring Unit has a controttable Engagement Mechanism at the top of the chute attached to the cover of this unit. The bottom of the chute also has a mechanism used during the cleaning operations.
