Abstract:
The present invention provides a completely biodegradable poly(butylene succinate) (PBS) filament, its component being 100% PBS. Also disclosed is a preparation method therefor, comprising: (a) drying a PBS section, the drying temperature being 60-90℃, and the time being 6-12h; (b) performing melt spinning on the dried PBS section, to obtain a PBS pre-oriented yarn (POY), a PBS fully oriented yarn (FOY), or a PBS highly oriented yarn (HOY); and (c) performing post processing on the pre-oriented yarn, to prepare a PBS filament, the stretch multiple being 1.2-1.85, the deforming temperature being 50-100℃, and the winding speed being 450～650m/min. The preparation method of the present invention is simple and environmentally friendly, and achieves desirable spinning processing performance. With the preparation method, a filament containing 100% PBS can be obtained, and this PBS filament, same as the nature fiber in features, is soft and comfortable, is easy to care, and is easy to dye; moreover, fabric woven by using the fiber is light, skin-friendly, breathable, and environmentally friendly, and is completely biodegradable accordingly.
