Abstract:
In general, a stationary bicycle refers to a device provided such that a person sits on a saddle with feet on the pedals and performs an exercise by rotating the pedals with legs, and the person sitting on the saddle can hold the handle with hands and check the amount of exercise displayed on the display panel during the exercise. The present invention relates to a complex-exercise stationary bicycle comprising: a handle frame (10); a pedal frame (20); a saddle frame (30); a movable frame (40); and a support frame (50). The user performs a lower body exercise through a pedaling exercise of rotating the pedals mounted on the pedal frame with feet and simultaneously performs a cushion exercise using a gym ball, thereby increasing the effect of the pedaling exercise, and the user can also concurrently perform a waist exercise through the cushion of the gym ball seated on the saddle frame, thereby enjoying an interesting exercise without feeling bored. Furthermore, it is possible to adjust the distance from the pedals to the saddle frame and the height thereof according to the user's physical size, and it is also possible to easily adjust the sloping angle at which the saddle frame is inclined. In addition, the user can perform the pedaling exercise simultaneously with playing an online game such that not only the user finds the exercise interesting, but also is motivated to continue the exercise.
