Abstract:
A disulfide bond-modified polypeptide complex comprising interleukin 21 and a receptor thereof. For IL-21 and IL-21Rα, an unnatural interchain bond is formed between a first mutant residue of IL-21 and a second mutant residue of IL-21Rα, thereby enhancing the stability of the complex of interleukin 21 and the receptor thereof.
