Title:
COMPLEX AND PHOTOIMMUNOTHERAPY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/054798
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a drug that is useful for photoimmunotherapy. Provided is a complex that contains an antibody molecule, particles having an average particle diameter of 100 nm or less, and a photoreceptive site. In the complex, the particles having an average particle diameter of 100 nm or less are bonded to the antibody molecule, and at least one of either the antibody molecule or the particles are bonded to the photoreceptive site. The photoreceptive site is a site having hydrophobic properties that are increased by irradiation with a light beam having a wavelength of 500-900 nm or a site that includes a phthalocyanine skeleton.
