Abstract:
The present invention provides a highly controlled complex containing antibodies and ferritin particles. More specifically, the present invention provides (I) and (II) below. (I) A complex or a salt thereof containing: (A) one IgG antibody; and (B) two human ferritin particles containing one or more human ferritin H chains linked to the one IgG antibody. (II) A method for manufacturing a complex or salt thereof containing (1)-(3) below. (1) A first reactive group is introduced into an IgG antibody to produce a modified IgG antibody containing two first reactive groups; (2) a second reactive group that is capable of reacting with the first reactive group is introduced into human ferritin particles containing one or more human ferritin H chains so as to generate modified particles containing one or more modified human ferritin H chains containing a second reactive group; and (3) the modified IgG antibody is reacted with the modified particles to obtain the complex.
