Abstract:
The invention related to a complex of tumor ablation mixture and its use in the preparing drugs for treating tumors. The complex comprised at least one kind of chemical ablation agents and at least one kind of chemical contrast agents, said chemical ablation agent selected at least one from the group consisting of hydrochloric acid, anhydrous ethanol, glacial acetic acid, dilute sulfuric acid and dilute nitric acid. The total amount of chemical ablation agent and chemical contrast agent was greater than 0 and less than or equal to 100 wt.%, wherein the amount of chemical contrast agent was greater than 0 and less than or equal to 75 wt.%. The complex of the invention could further contain pepsin and/or local anesthetic. The complex premixed in the desired ratio was injected into the centre of tumor under the guidance of CT or ultrasound procedures. The complex can induce tumor cell death by coagulative necrosis and relieve patient of the pain effectively with the advantages of accurate targeting the tumor and easy controlling the therapeutic area.
