Abstract:
This component analysis device is a device for analyzing the components of a sample, and comprises: a main body containing a laser light source, a component analysis means and a housing; an optical head that is positioned facing a sample; and a fiber with a penetration pressure-resistant configuration provided so as to extend from the housing to the optical head, in order to guide laser light emitted from the laser light source to the optical head. The housing has a pressure-resistant function, and houses the laser light source and the component analysis means. The optical head irradiates the sample with laser light emitted from the fiber having a penetration pressure-resistant configuration, and contains a mirror that re-irradiates the fiber having a penetration pressure-resistant configuration with plasma light-emitting light generated in the sample by the irradiation of laser light. The component analysis means performs component analysis on the plasma emitting light that is once more incident on the fiber having a penetration pressure-resistant configuration.
