Abstract:
The present invention relates to a component handler and, more particularly, to a component handler for performing vision inspection with respect to a component, and a vision inspection method. Disclosed is a vision inspection method which performs vision inspection with respect to a plurality of spherical projections (1a) formed on the surface of a component (1), comprising: an image pickup step of obtaining a first image of a first incident light of a first incident angle, of which the incident angle of light with respect to the surface of the component (1) is greater than 0° and less than 45°, a second image of a second incident light of a first incident angle, of which the incident angle of light with respect to the surface of the component (1) is greater than 45° and less than 90°, and a three dimensional third image of the projections (1a) formed on the surface of the component (1); a three-dimensional geometry characteristics determination step of determining the position and three-dimensional geometry characteristics of the projections (1a) on the basis of the first image and the second image, and storing three-dimensional geometry characteristics information; and an outline interpolation step of interpolating the three-dimensional outlines of the three-dimensional image acquired by a three-dimensional visional inspection part (720) on the basis of the three-dimensional geometry characteristics information stored in the three-dimensional geometry characteristics determination step.
