Abstract:
Provided is a component mounting device which enables improved production efficiency by adjusting the timing of Q-axis rotation.
When a mounting head moves from a supply position (P1) of a feeder (25) to mounting positions (P4-P6) of a circuit board (CB) via an image pickup position (P2) of a camera device (19), a component mounter compares a first required time (T1) required for movement from the supply position (P1) to the image pickup position (P2), and a second required time (T2) required for movement from the image pickup position (P2) to each of the mounting positions (P4-P6). A control unit (51) calculates a difference (the first required time (T1) minus the second required time (T2)) between the required times, and in a mounting operation at the mounting position (P4) where the result of the calculation becomes positive, starts Q-axis rotation before image pickup by the camera device (19). Further, in the mounting operation at the mounting positions (P5, P6) where the difference between the required times becomes negative, the control unit (51) starts the Q-axis rotation after the image pickup.
