Abstract:
This component mounting machine is equipped with a tool station and a determination unit. The tool station stores in a detachable manner a holding member comprising a main body section capable of holding a component to be mounted onto a substrate and a plurality of identification sections allowing a plurality of storage angles to be identified. The determination unit determines the angular difference which is the difference between the storage angle of the holding member and a predetermined storage angle. In a closed state wherein some of the plurality of identification sections are covered by a shielding member, at least one identification section, which is exposed when the storage angle of the holding member is equal to the predetermined storage angle, serves as a first identification section. In so doing, if the first identification section cannot be recognized in the closed state, the determination unit tries to recognize a second identification section, which is at least one identification section that is different from the first identification section, and if the second identification section can be recognized in the closed state, the determination unit determines the angular difference.
