Abstract:
A component mounting system (100) comprises a mounting machine (1) and a management device (6) which are data-communicatively connected to each other. The mounting machine (1) comprises: a mounting head (251) for performing a component mounting operation for mounting a component being suctioned and held by a suction nozzle (2511) onto a substrate with respect to each of a plurality of target mounting positions; a mounting recognition unit (46) for acquiring suction position error data (D1) for each component mounting operation performed by the mounting head (251); and a mounting communication unit (40) for outputting each suction position error data (D1) item and related information (D2) composed of information about a plurality of parameters associated with the data. The management device (6) includes a display unit (62) for displaying various information. The display unit (62) displays a distribution (AD) of a data group composed of each suction position error data (D1) item focusing on a specific parameter selected from a plurality of parameters indicated by the related information (D2), in a switchable manner depending on a change in the selection of the specific parameter.
