Abstract:
In this invention, a loading time ts for a time-limit component tape feeder 5B (one feeder) for supplying components from a component supply reel 7 having an expiration date/time is set to or before the expiration date/time of a component supply reel 7 being loaded. In this manner, a component resupply operation can be executed by loading a component supply reel 7 before the expiration date/time of the component supply reel 7 being loaded passes. Furthermore, loading time ts (n+1) related to the time-limit component tape feeder 5B is overlapped with a loading-enabled period Tc of a different tape feeder 5C, and an identical loading time ts (n+1) is set to both feeders 5B, 5C. Therefore, loading operations for the tape feeders 5B, 5C can be executed together within a single component resupply. In this manner, the number of resupply operations can be reduced and, at the same time, the resupply operations can be executed at appropriate timings conforming to component expiration dates/times.
