Abstract:
The present invention provides a component state detection device that is capable of detecting vibration and rotation speed without using a dedicated sensor for detecting rotation. The present invention is provided with a processing system (4) and one or more sensor units (3) individually attached so that one or more components integrally rotate, some or all of which components rotating around a rotation axis. Each of the sensor units (3) has an acceleration sensor (302a) attached at a position that is offset from the rotation axis so as to have sensitivity in the radial direction of rotation, and a first communication device (307) for transmitting measurement data from the acceleration sensor (302a) to the processing system (4). The processing system (4) has a rotation speed calculating unit (603a) for calculating the rotation speed of a component (1) from a DC component of the measurement data from the acceleration sensor(s) (302a) of the one or more sensor units, and a vibration calculating unit (603b) for calculating the vibration value for the component (1) from the AC component of the measurement data.
